Return Policy

 

Returns

We offer returns for up to 30 days after purchase, if you change your mind or it is the wrong size, or you simply want to swap colours of a product.

For Eligibility for returns it purchased item must be unused or is in the same condition in which you received it.

For hygienic reason we will not be refunding or accepting any exchanges for undergarments such as underwear if has been opened. Items that are not in its original packaging condition or is damaged or missing parts of the item for any reason will not be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and have inspected the condition of the product, we will send you a an email regarding that we have received the returned item with further details on the refunding process back to you, in most cases you will be refunded to the card / account used for the original purchase.

 

 

Exchanges

We accept changes for items if it is kept in its original condition, we accept exchanges for incorrect sizes (if package is kept in original condition), if the product is defective or damaged.
